The Brasserie Flo is in central Strasbourg near the cathedral. Decorated in the style of a turn of the century Parisian brasserie with a glass cupola in the centre, it has seating for up to 120 people. The brasserie has a varied menu of fish, grilled meats and diners can also order seafood such as oysters, prawns and other shellfish. Every month there are themed menus featuring ingredients such as salmon, foie gras and chocolate!
