Le P'ti Max

This centrally located restaurant at Place l'Homme de Fer in Strasbourg is halfway between the magnificent Gothic cathedral and the delightful winding canal-lined streets of Petite France. Le P'ti Max specialises in Charolais red label beef, but also has lots of local dishes as well as the ubiquitous Flammenküche or Tartes Flambées, a sort of pizza with a thin crispy base, cream, onions and bacon bits.
